Gary Fabbri believes that in an age of infinite distraction, the most powerful thing you can do is reclaim your attention and awareness.

As a storyteller and artist, Gary has spent his career exploring the dance between inner vision and outward expression. But it was his time as a Creative Director for agencies and media organizations like CNBC, Disney, and FoxKids where he witnessed the true cost of “hustle culture.” He saw the brightest minds in business drowning in a “fog” of busyness, losing their creativity and their well-being in the process.

This experience became the catalyst for Atomic Awareness—a framework and book designed to help people find their “True North.”

Gary’s work is the bridge between two worlds that are often kept separate: high-level professional performance and deep spiritual practice. By combining an MBA in Organizational Behavior and degrees in English and Psychology with his expertise as a Certified Yoga Therapist, he provides a unique perspective for the modern mind.

He doesn’t just teach productivity; he teaches intentionality.
